Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
